If you haven’t received the license code, there could be several reasons:

2. Lost your license?

If you have lost your license code, please visit the Lost License or My Account page to retrieve it. Please ensure that the email address you use to retrieve the license code is the same one you used when you originally ordered the product.

3. How to renew my license code

We consistently offer renewal discounts to our customers. Customers can renew their license code from the software by clicking “Buy Now” to avail the renewal discount. You will get a new subscription and a new ONE-YEAR license code by renewing. You need to register the Glarysoft program with your new license code manually.

4. When will I receive my license code after purchasing?

Method 1: Uninstall via the Control Panel

How to obtain and register the PRO version?

To activate Glarysoft File Recovery Pro, manually register the program using your purchased license code. Once you have successfully activated the trial version, you can enjoy all the Glarysoft File Recovery Pro features.

You can purchase the professional version on the official Glarysoft website or by clicking the “Upgrade” option within the program. Choose the desired license duration and find the license code in the email received after purchasing the program.

There are two registration methods to choose from:

Method 1:

Interface 1:

1. Top Area: Manage licenses, Settings, Updates, and access Help.
2. Middle Area: Select the location from where you want to recover the files.
3. Lower Right Corner Button: Initiates the scanning process.

1. Left Area: Further refine file search based on File Path or File Type.
2. Middle Area: Display of scanned files. Filter files by Name, Type, Size, Date Modified, etc. Use the search box to enter keywords for precise positioning and narrow down the search results.
3. Right Area: Preview recoverable files. Select a file and preview its details to confirm if it’s the one you need. The two buttons above the preview area allow you to switch between different file view modes.
4. Bottom Progress Bar: Displays scan progress, remaining time, and other information. Pause or stop the scan if needed.
5. Back Button: Go back to the previous section and re-select the partition.
6. Recover Button: Start the file recovery process.

How to Use Glarysoft File Recovery to Recover Lost Files?

Step 1: Download and Install

Step 2: Scan

1. Select the hard disk where the lost data was stored. The software supports scanning FAT, NTFS, and NTFS+EFS file systems.
2. Click “Scan” to initiate a full scan of the selected location. The scanning process usually takes a few minutes to complete. However, if there are many large files, it may require more time.
3. Once the scan results appear, you can use the left panel to filter the files based on Name, Type, Size, Date Modified, File Path, or File Type to narrow down the results.

Step 3: Preview and Restore

a. Glarysoft File Recovery allows you to select and preview the target file. You can switch between different preview formats or zoom in on the preview.
